Think you are too busy in the morning for a healthy breakfast?

3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp vanilla rice protein powder
1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1⁄2 an apple diced
1 handful of nuts (I prefer walnuts or pecans)

1 package of stevia powder
Pinch sea salt

Mix all ingredients together and either store in a small mason jar and take with you to work OR you can simply add enough hot water to create the desired consistency that you wish. Enjoy!
