We’ve made this Hummus recipe absolutely foolproof. Just whack the ingredients in a blender and blitz under smooth - you can’t muck it up!


2 cups chickpeas, cooked

2 tbsp tahini, hulled

2 medium garlic cloveminced

1 medium lemon juiced

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil plus extra to drizzle

1 pinch sea salt to season

1 pinch sweet paprika, ground


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  • To serve, drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
