I had a lot of dental issues starting in my 30's from some incredibly incompetent dental assistants in a school program.  They weren't dentists but were allowed to work on our teeth and give us fillings.  As a result most of my major molars were filled with huge fillings that all started to fall apart.  I also realized years later the impact that those fillings had in heavy metal and mercury in my system and had to start cleansing specifically for that. 

Whether you have any known heavy metal issues, most of us have a build up of toxic materials in our system.  Using cilantro and oregano are two wonderful ways to support your bodies natural cleansing ability.  PLUS this is a great addition to your meal!  You can make it and keep it in the fridge for a few days and add it to whatever you want....chicken, fish, buddha bowls.  Spread away!

Prep time: 10 minutes      Makes about 1 cup

1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed and dried, ends clipped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 lime, juiced
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt to taste

Blend all ingredients together. Use as a thicker salad dressing, a dip for vegetables, or as a topping for chicken or fish after it has been cooked.
