We’re always looking out for cool toast combos. Creamy ricotta, carrot hummus and crunchy pepitas is definitely a winner!
2 slice sourdough bread
2 oz ricotta cheese
¼ cup Roast Carrot Hummus
2 tbsp pepitas, raw
- Toast sourdough, spread with a layer of ricotta and then top with a spread of Roast Carrot Hummus. Sprinkle with a few pepitas to serve.
Dairy-free option: Omit ricotta and top bread with a roughly mashed boiled egg.
Gluten-free option: Replace sourdough with a gluten-free loaf
