Meat Sauce Recipe - That's Healthy!

This recipe comes from an amazing psychiatrist who puts her clients on a 4 weeks clean eating protocol to help begin to get their body back in balance.  Dr. Kelly Brogan has a great book called "A Mind of Your Own".... and WOW,  do I wish this was around when I was getting diagnosed with manic depressive disorder!!  Everything I did in my own healing are things that she talks about in her book.  Check it out her book and enjoy her fabulous meat sauce recipe!
