Coconut Raisin Chia Pudding
Serves 2
1 13.5 ounce can coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
¼ cup raisins
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 hours before serving.
